Our lender panel
We have access to a panel of lenders through our aggregator. A full list of lenders on our panel is available on request. We are not restricted to any one lender, though we do not have access to every lender in the market.
How we are paid
We are generally paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles, and may receive ongoing (trail) commission over the life of the loan. The amount depends on the lender and loan. You will receive details of any commissions relevant to your loan, and where any fee is payable by you it will be disclosed to you in writing beforehand.
Referrals to other professionals
Insurance, funds management and buyer’s advocacy are not credit services and are outside what we are licensed to provide. Where you ask us to, we will introduce you to a licensed professional in that field. We make the introduction only: they act under their own licence, they are responsible for the guidance they give you, and you are never obliged to use anyone we suggest.
We may receive a referral fee or other benefit from a referral partner. Where we do, we will tell you before you engage them, and it does not change what you pay them. You can ask us at any time what we receive for a particular referral.
Your rights & disputes
You are entitled to receive a quote and, on request, a written assessment of why a loan is not unsuitable for you. If you have a concern, see our Complaints page, including how to escalate to AFCA.
